Lugar: MACBA – Barcelona
Fecha: Martes 12 de noviembre de 2013
Horario: 16:15-17.30h
It’s a necessity to professionalise the way galleries are run. One of the most sensitive issues is the legal problematic in the gallery business. That is why it is important to examine the possible problems that can happen in the legal field in this business –in the light of increasing litigation–, and to explore potential solutions. In the context of a growing need for contracts in art dealings, will its use guarantee a greater transparency of pricing and professional relationships in the gallery system?
